This festival of the Tay ethnic group, also called " Inviting the Lunar Mother Festival", is celebrated in Dong Khe region. It takes place at the beginning of spring and lasts for 10 to 15 days. All families gather to pray to the Moon Mother for good things, a plentiful harvest and healthy cattle.
