Nhan Dan Online- Visitors and Vietnamese alike now can enjoy a special dinner with new Vietnamese cuisines at the Spice Garden, a Vietnamese restaurant at Hanoi Sofitel Metropole.

Roasted Nha Trang lobster with mild spices, pan-fried salmon in rice paper, turmeric and salmon caviar sauce and grilled duck breast with three Vietnamese peppers from Phu Quoc, Dak Lak and wild pepper are the main dishes on the new dinner menu.
