Nhan Dan Online-
Visitors and Vietnamese alike now can enjoy a special dinner
with new Vietnamese cuisines at the Spice Garden, a Vietnamese
restaurant at Hanoi Sofitel Metropole.
Roasted Nha Trang lobster with mild spices, pan-fried salmon in rice paper, turmeric and salmon caviar sauce and grilled duck breast with three Vietnamese peppers from Phu Quoc, Dak Lak and wild pepper are the main dishes on the new dinner menu.
These dishes are the result of the Spice Garden’s own chef and his creations sit alongside traditional recipes on the hotel’s autumn-winter menu.
Apart from these dishes, customers can also enjoy nearly 40 different dishes at the Spice Garden, including the always popular pho (Chinese soup), bun cha (noodles with fried pork), nem ran (spring roll), or Hanoi’s specialties such as cha ca (fried fish), ga nuong la chanh (grilled chicken with lemon leaves), and com rang hat sen (fried rice with lotus seeds). Apart from Hanoi’s food, the Spice Garden also introduces specialties from the centre and south of Vietnam.
A fresh new lunch menu introduced from November 4, Spices Garden serves Hanoi’s all-time favorites with French accents such as Pho (Vietnamese noodle), Banh cuon ( steamed rolled rice pancake) or seafood likes fresh cold crab, shrimp, tasty oysters and pink salmon.
First opened in late 1996, the Spice Garden is now an entirely Vietnamese restaurant where customers can enjoy the soul of Hanoi’s cuisine combining the aroma and flavours in a truly artistic way.
